Banyan Groves LLC (“Banyan Groves,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our websites and any online content we operate that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
“Personal Information” (also called “Personal Data”) means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you. Personal Information does not include publicly available information (as defined by law) or de-identified/aggregated data.

We do not accept online payments via the Services and do not collect payment card information through our website.

Your choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that some site features may not function properly without cookies.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Where required by law, we honor GPC signals for cookie-based opt-outs on supported browsers.
We do not respond to “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals. DNT is not yet a standardized setting and we rely on the choices described above.

Opt-out of targeted advertising/cookie “sharing”: Use your browser’s cookie controls and, where available on our site, the cookie preferences tool or a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in the footer. You may also email admin@banyangroves.com with the subject “Privacy: Opt Out.”
6) Children’s Privacy
Our Services are intended for individuals 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided Personal Information to us, please contact admin@banyangroves.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Banyan Groves operates in the United States. Updates/corrections: You can request to access, update, or correct your Personal Information by emailing admin@banyangroves.com.

12) Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions (If Offered)
If we offer a promotion, the official rules will describe how Personal Information is used and disclosed for that promotion (e.g., winner lists, prize fulfillment). Please review those rules before participating.
13) California “Shine the Light”
California residents may request information about certain types of Personal Information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing during the prior calendar year (as defined by Cal.
